March 21, 2024 - Town of Babylon Supervisor Rich Schaffer visits the Belmont Lake Civic Association: Last night's meeting was fantastic. We were privileged to have Mr. Weldon Smith and his wife, who have been married for 72 years, speak to us. In celebration of Women's History Month, we distributed roses to all the amazing women who attended this month's meeting. Moreover, several local business owners were present. If we all use the same businesses for our projects, we can save money.

January 17, 2024 - Legislator Richberg Visits the Belmont Lake Civic Association: Our January Civic Meeting was virtual only due to the inclement weather. Despite meeting virtually we discussed and accomplished community goals. We thank the owner of Eagle Auto Body and their engineers for updating the community on a facade enhancement program taking place at their facility on Mount Avenue. We thank our friend and Suffolk County Legislator Jason Richberg for attending our meeting and kicking off our guest speaker series for the new year with an update from the County Legislature. BLCA is committed to preserving property values and keeping our community beautiful and safe for generations to come. In order to achieve these goals our businesses, homeowners, and civic association need to do their part. We always welcome infrastructure and beautification enhancements in our community.
